I would rate this higher as it seems to be of good quality and price except in the picture it has 2 'hooks' on showed the ends what I wanted. One that wasn't too difficult because I tie my dog to the porch but also take him on the wire for walking. The one I received has a huge 1 meter "spring" between the wire and the hook on one end. We use this cable with the SUREswivel when we take corgis to the park or on a car ride. Fits perfectly for our needs.
