I would rate this higher as it seems to be of good quality and price except in the picture it has 2 'hooks' on showed the ends what I wanted. One that wasn't too difficult because I tie my dog to the porch but also take him on the wire for walking. The one I received has a huge 1 meter "spring" between the wire and the hook on one end. I guess this is to prevent it from getting tangled when hanging from the hook, but if I plan to use the wire as a long leash as well I don't really need it and it's heavy and bulky. I found one in particular that seemed light (moderate) with a hook on each end. I don't see the large spring at one end in the picture and can't find anything in the description (I just checked after receiving the item) to suggest it is there. Maybe it's the long ones (I'm 30ft) and the photo shows one of the shorter ones? but if I had known it had a large metal spring on one end I would not have bought it. Not worth returning, I will use it as is to the best of my ability. Just disappointed that it wasn't like the picture.
