Review on 🔍 Tineco Replacement Filter Kit - 2 Pre Filters and 1 HEPA Filter for Tineco A10/A11 Hero/Master Models by Christie Miller

I specifically asked a question to ensure this "kit" of 2 replacement filters and a HEPA filter would work with the A11 Hero. It's not even close. I also don't understand why the company doesn't just offer a genuine quality filter (made with metal which is more durable than those replacement parts which are cheap paper and plastic). They already make them for the original vacuum you buy. I'd rather pay more and get better quality. I would also prefer Tineco to provide accurate information so I don't waste plastic on a product that has been confirmed to fit but doesn't fit at all. I've included a photo to show how well this replacement filter works with my A11 Hero.
