These lights were easy to install. I like LED better than the old incandescent bulbs. Make sure the brackets are installed at the correct angle. I had to bend mine 90 degrees so the lights wouldn't look up at the sky. There was nothing wrong with that, I just clamped them in a vise and gently hammered them in using a block of wood as a gasket. I didn't have the screws to attach the lenses to the mount. It was ok, I just drilled bigger holes and used 1/4" screws from the screw basket. Don't forget to bring a light to illuminate your license plate. They don't do it like the old guys did. .
