Four stools received, arrived on time with no internal damage. They were more difficult and took longer to "assemble" than expected as they didn't have to be assembled, they had to be BUILT. When the first one was done we had a game plan for the other 3 and lined them up. Some hardware packages were missing an item or two, but garbage collection from other packages worked. If you only build one of these, you may have hardware problems. Now that they are gone we are VERY happy with them. The colors of all four elements match surprisingly well, the color of the vinyl upholstery and the overall look are consistent. The nail head accents are currently perfect and really match our other furniture. The swivel mechanism works well, the backrests are comfortable and the footrests are just right for us.
