After an initial problem with a notch, customer service contacted me and addressed my concerns very quickly. They sent me a replacement for free and now they work great. No problem. The kids absolutely love them. There are a few buttons that confuse kids, but once they get the hang of it, they work really, really well. Walkie-talkies also have a long range. I can talk to my kids across the street while inside and still have a very clear signal. Now I am very happy with my order. I recommend!
