After an initial problem with a notch, customer service contacted me and addressed my concerns very quickly. They sent me a replacement for free and now they work great. No problem. Love these. I read in a review that the battery lasts only two hours. I don't know what kind of batteries she used. I received them ten days ago and put in new batteries.
