Ease of use. I love the ability to assign different colors to each department, and then change the colors within each department as needed. I also love the ability to have multiple departments within an account. I wish there was a way to have a department that could be used for any client. I wish I could have one department where I could send a check for the entire month for one of my clients. I wish I could have the ability to print a report for each of my clients at the same time. I wish I could have different budgets for each of my clients. I wish there was a way to add more clients in the future without having to redo the whole thing.
