Great application designed by drivers and users alike

I like that they are very responsive when it comes time for support with issues or questions, great customer service! The app is not always intuitive at first so be patient & willing to learn as you go through each module/feature of IceSuite.
Also there isn't much in terms of training available online (just basic videos) which can make learning new features somewhat difficult if one has no prior knowledge. We also have some other software running on our system but we use Ice Suite exclusively for route accounting purposes.

Pros

It's user friendly easy access even by non tech savvy individuals; good reporting ability without using any additional platforms such Excel etc.; reliable product compared vs others similar offerings used throughout US industry within trucking community..also offers excellent tech assistance from their staffs!! :)
