I've only been using this electric toothbrush for a few weeks so I can't really rate its durability or battery life. Charges flawlessly from a USB stick. What I like best is that it can sync my brushing with 30 second stops for each quadrant of my mouth. Wow! 2 minutes seems like a long time with the brush following you. No cheating with this item! It turns off automatically after 2 minutes. There are 5 different settings (gentle, white, normal, massage, gum care). While this is a really neat feature, you can't see what setting you have until you press it and it lights up. Normal - the third. It is difficult to spit out water or change the setting because water may splash if you take it out during operation. Or you go through the settings to turn it off and have to start over. Finally, I like that it's cheaper than big brands, lighter and more comfortable to hold. I recommend it for use in an extra bathroom or for work/travel. Note that it doesn't come with a case, but it fits nicely in cases for other electric toothbrushes that I don't currently use.
