I have been using the McKenzie Round Lumbar Roll for over a decade after a disc fusion, and it works I go everywhere I need a good lumbar support because I suffer from scoliosis Unfortunately it was forgotten on a recent trip abroad as I was spending long hours on the computer I had to replace it quickly Thanks to the wonderful internet and Revain received a replacement. This D section lumbar pillow actually fits my office chair better than a round pillow. It stays in place, is comfortable and I couldn't be happier!.
