They are quick to respond and get back to you with any questions you have. The system is easy to use and allows me to create courses in just a few minutes. I have not found anything that I dislike about the software. I have been able to create an entire course in just a few minutes and it looks great. I have been able to automate tasks and create courses that I otherwise would have to spend a lot of time creating.
