Bought two as Christmas presents. While the lights were nice and bright after their first charge, they developed issues turning on within 15 min of being used. They don't make good contact between the battery terminals and the ones on the light itself. I can see where the terminals appear to be made of cheap materials, as they are small metal cylinders that are flattening and not making good contact. The recipients of those "gifts" have put them in corners to gather dust as they are highly unreliable.Products were purchased in July since they were on sale. As they were Christmas presents, they were never opened until Christmas Day. Last time I do that.UPDATE: Company contacted me and sent replacements. The replacement work perfectly. I traded the recipients and they really like them now. The original that didn't work had metal tubular contacts on the back of the light where the battery attached. The new ones have metal nubs that contact the battery and are much better. The originals distorted under the pressure of keeping the battery attached to the light.Only recommendation I would have for the company is if a user doesn't respond to email after a few days, try contacting them again. Otherwise, they mad it right and I can't ask for more. For me, I will open and try products as soon as I get them so that problems are dealt with more quickly.Tried contacting the company and got an email response asking for when I ordered them. That was in January. I provided order number, date purchased, as well as a screenshot of the invoice from Walmart and never heard from them again, despite a couple attempts. Needless to say, I will spend my money on products from a company that will try to solve issues with their products.Hope other buyers had better luck with theirs!
