fits perfectly in my opinion
My daughter is 3 1/2 and I bought her a size 4T. It fits perfectly, but a little bit perfect, I would take a size up, it can shrink in the wash. It's also quite thin, but it looked very nice.
- Used for walking, not for outdoor play as it is white.
- My daughter was wearing an outfit and there was a hole in it.
