The sound quality is poor. It sounds tinny and is difficult to understand even at maximum volume. What I also don't like is that the on/off button is on the outside of the earbud. Easy to turn on when I carry it in my pocket. Battery life was good and they match well, but I stopped using them due to the sound quality and the location of the power button. The company contacted me to offer a replacement, new model, or refund. They were very nice and helpful. I took them back as I had already bought something else. The power button location is a personal use issue only so it doesn't affect the product, but poor sound quality was definitely a product issue - at least with the one I received.
