I have just received this knife and have not been able to use it yet. I'm a fan of knives and I like what I see. From the look alone I can say that it is a very high-quality product. I cook for a living and have hundreds of knives. When I found out about F. Dick knives and their reputation, I had to get one and check it out. I ordered a paring knife first because it was the cheapest. At Tiger Chef, it was half the price of other German-made competitors. From what I've seen it's about as good as the more expensive German knives. Looks like I'll be ordering more Tiger Chef knives. That's the best recommendation you can give.
