I was shocked when I received this, I've bought many chipboard shelves in the past and it's MUCH THE BEST I'VE SEEN. The shelf is made up of normal parts, but you actually use long screws to assemble it. It also comes with 3 boards made of chipboard, NO cardboard, to support the shelves. It also comes with nice screw hole covers that really hide the screws and give it a nice finished look. It is very easy to assemble and the result is quite durable. I would recommend a drill for assembly, but I did great with a screwdriver.
