just used for the first time in hawaii. Dive 1 as I adjusted the light attached to the sphere, pulled back the video lights a bit, rotated the sphere away from the handle. The rest of the dive had to keep the light down to keep the arm and lantern from swinging back and forth. I had to disassemble everything to put it back together. Dive 4 - After screwing in as tight as possible and loosening the ball clamp with as little resistance as possible. it happened again I try to dive back into the wreck and hold on to my arm in case it comes loose and I lose my entire lantern and arm. There should be a lock washer but not sure now but I think the screw is stuck in the plate making the lock washer impossible. .Maybe it needs to be glued.
