I am very upset, the product is no good.

I recommend: When buying, check the integrity of the package. They can ship broken items. Then check the blade block - it is removed according to the instructions. Make sure it's correct. The manufacturer refuses the warranty - mechanical damage. Only then can you sign the invoice.
