1lb lasts 3 months. This soap has improved my skin tremendously. I've been using it for 4 months now and I no longer have acne, my scars are gone and my skin is smoother than ever. I usually have dry skin and for those who don't know how to use black soap, here's what you should know: 1. Black soap DRYS OUT SKIN. So if you have dry skin you need a very good moisturizer to use afterwards. I use aloe. If you do NOT moisturize your skin after using soap, your skin will become dry, cracked, flaky and ashy. This also leads to burns. a. NOTE: DO NOT rub soap directly into skin, lather with hands, or wash face with hands. This is an all natural product and contains psyllium husks and many other things that you can scratch. If you're just starting out, use it every other day. Or every 3 days and slowly increase from there. Otherwise, dryness may harm you.3. hydration afterwards. cocoa butter, coconut oil or aloe. This is an amazing product. Works, I'm a regular customer!
