Roller Chain Link for Connecting Feet Review

I have not used the master link at all. I just knocked a pin out of the link to get the right length and then put the pin back in. An open vise slightly larger than the diameter of the pin and a flat-ended punch (or a ground-tipped nail) used with no problem. I put the pin back in with the "C" clip.

I ordered this as a replacement but it was too wide to work well. It was my misjudgment and nobody to blame but me. No I won't return it because it's my fault and others shouldn't pay for my mistake. Just my personal opinion and I know it's old school but I'm a bit old too. Either way, it's a good chain and has excellent tactile ability. Appears to be well made, no link twisting like some cheap chains. My only wish is for it to have more than one main link, but I knew that when I ordered it…

I ordered this chain to repair my Sears rear tiller. It takes 50 turns of #35 chain to replace an existing chain. For those of you who have a tiller that won't move forward or backward, this is probably the solution you need. Once when I put it forward it started to move backwards - how can that be I thought?
