Great for online school! (also great customer service)

This monitor is great! I'm a third year engineering student but I'm finishing this year practically from home. I got this monitor at the beginning of the semester in January and I love it! I don't know how I used to do online courses with a screen. Four cables were included: two Type-C to Type-C (or Type-C to USB 3.0, I don't see any difference), Mini-HDMI to HDMI and Type-C to Type-A, and a power adapter. The touchscreen works very well, but you need to use a CC cable to make it work. I use it with my Dell XPS 15 laptop. The brightness is adjustable and I like the matte finish of the screen. The battery also lasts quite a long time, depending on what programs I use. I've been going through documents for hours and haven't had any battery issues. I also like that I can use the monitor in both landscape and portrait modes. It comes with a magnetic lid that doubles as a stand. It could be better, but overall it's pretty solid. I had a problem. After about 3 weeks of daily use of the monitor at school, one of the CC cables stopped working. It wasn't a big deal because I still had another to charge the monitor and connect it to my laptop and an HDMI cable could be connected without the touchscreen being on. I contacted UPERFECT customer service and they helped me a lot! They sent me a new cable for free. To be honest, this was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Overall, I definitely recommend this monitor. It works really well and they have great customer service in case something goes wrong.
