Two major criticisms: 1) These brushes are generally very soft, making them ineffective for most brush cleaning jobs. While the description states that there are different degrees of hardness, there is no mention that ALL the longer bristles are soft. 2) The bristles of narrow brushes do not cover the tip of the metal core. The twisted metal ends extend beyond the bristle area, rendering the brushes useless unless I want to damage what I'm brushing. The picture doesn't really show the problem and the description hides it pretty well. All in all a waste of money.
