We bought this for my father-in-law to use when he was in hospital (and unable to receive face-to-face visitors due to Covid) as it is not good with smartphones or hands-free phones. It was easy to use as there is only one button to answer or end a call and a volume control. We can say that it made him a lot less uneasy when he could hear and talk to us more easily.
