Review on Columbia Silver Ridge Stretch Convertible Pant for Men by Kevin Schnitzer

I bought this for my trip to Yosemite in September and loved it. It's very light, I actually read the reviews and bought an inch larger than my size as I'm a petite guy with big hips and it fits perfectly. People have complained about the crotch area of their pants, but I've never had a problem with it. I used these pants as shorts and they hiked for almost 2 weeks. What I love most is that I've been on the panorama trail and jumped into the water at the waterfall without thinking about getting wet for hours. I bought these because I'm the type of person who likes to jump into lakes and other bodies of water when hiking and of course I don't want to take too many extra clothes with me. So, as I said, maybe 30 minutes into the hike after the soak, the pants started drying out, which was amazing. The material is breathable, the temperature at that time was 100 C, it is comfortable to wear. I highly recommend it.
