Arrived broken at the humidifier

The first thing I did was fill the tank 2 inches below the fill line. The humidifier immediately started leaking through the handle by which it is held. Very disappointed. I expected to like it. very cool. I've been trying to find a number to call and see if there's anything I can do to fix the problem. You can never call her. You can never talk to a person. They are in China and all you can do is write an email and they say they will reply within 24 hours. I have no time for that. it's coming back

Pros

whole house humidifier with hygrostat automatically adjusts the amount of mist as you wish. The air is exactly as humid as you set it. In case of water shortage or fall, the humidifier will turn off automatically to protect your family. Works
