This TV is fantastic. Ignore the negative reviews because any new model of electronics will have problems. QLED color space: simply incredible. It just makes every color pop! I saw ER in 1994 and man the show is 15 years old and looks like it was only filmed a few months ago. Remember that to watch a disc you need a 4K/UHD Blu-ray player to get the most out of your TV. Software: Think about when you need to download the latest update from Samsung on your TV. It's like an iPhone, if you don't update it, it might be slow or buggy. One thing I've also done is uninstall and then reinstall the apps so they're up to date. Worst case because your TV is a real computer and if it freezes (which I've had a couple of times), just press and hold the power button on the remote and your TV will restart. Just pressing the power button without holding it will put the TV more or less into standby mode. Edgelit vs. Backlit: I was a bit concerned when I saw bleeding on a few screens due to edgelighting vs. backlit, but honestly I think these customers just got a lemon. It happens. Nobody can do anything about it. I have no glare on my screen and when I watch a Blu-ray 4K movie the picture is just fantastic. Remote Control: Universal remote control for all Samsung products connected to the TV. As soon as I turned on the TV, the soundbar and 4K Blu-ray player were recognized immediately and everything seemed to be in sync. Great and saves time. Ambient Mode: I haven't played with it much yet. I mean, I could turn on my TV with cool pictures, but I honestly don't care. When I'm done I just turn it off. All in all I think this is an amazing find. The only thing I would wish for is more HDMI ports. 5 or 6 should be the new standard. Definitely buy this TV, you will definitely not regret it!
