Easy to dress up for a moving 2 year old. When you attach it, it stays in place and won't come loose. It is good for play or even dressed up. I love this purchase!
- Bought this for my granddaughter. She loves it soft and it keeps her neck nice and warm.
- Children may not like the feel of a scarf around their neck.
