Perfect burgers every time!
I bought this because we bought half a cow and a ton of ground beef. I made a bunch of meat for the seasoned burger, placed a square of parchment on the bottom of the press, added some meat and pressed it on top. The burgers held up well while roasting and also kept their shape. They haven't shrunk much and I think that's due to the lines the product makes.
