When I got home from work my eyes were so tired and irritated from spending all day on the computer. I started looking for blue light blocking readers. I chose this pair and noticed the difference from the first day of use. I would have preferred the temples not to close by themselves when I put mine on and off throughout the day as I need the glasses as read only. The case in which they came is very beautiful. I would recommend them.
