Installed on my 2012 f350, overall it's a good radio for the money. Has a nice flat install and OEM look. The touchscreen works well, everything connected to the internet is slow, otherwise most functions work at a good speed. What I don't like is the volume. You can adjust how high and how low it goes, but not both. I've found that if you turn it up loud enough to hear with the windows down, it's not quiet enough to play in the background while you're talking to someone. I installed the Carplay dongle with it and it works well giving me realtime navigation and bluetooth connection well. The microphone is built into the main unit and people can't hear me well with it, so I still have to use my phone to speak. everything and you have to reset all the settings. Areas that used to have good radio reception are poor and constantly transmit static through the radio. I tried using a signal booster but it didn't help. CarPlay doesn't work and is very slow. I wouldn't recommend this, I would recommend spending the money and getting a better quality device. I contacted the seller but trying to find a solution other than replacing the same item did not help.
