Review on Comfort meets style with Merrell Women's Bora Slide Vent Moccasin: A footwear essential by Nicole Houston

I really like how comfortable this shoe is. I bought them to take off my work shoes and go for a walk between work. I also use them on my desktop. Basically, I'm wondering why I even bother with dress shoes (oh yes, dress code). The only problem I have is that the tread falls apart on two bumps. The tread has nice little bumps covered with a rubber tread. The rubber protection is torn in two places. It's not a big deal, but I suspect it will affect the lifespan of the shoe - I don't want a loose tread to snag and trip or fall. The patches are near the toes so I like them so far. I would probably order them again anyway, hoping it's just a rare defect.
