I have Voltaic Arc20 systems and 45 solar panels. I got this because I needed more power and wanted to test the efficiency. I took this to Alaska for a week long dog sledding expedition to Denali. The solar panel worked perfectly when connected to Voltaic system V88 batteries. The panel is a bit heavy, weighing around 5.1 pounds. The water resistance was pretty good. The panel got wet and froze several times and withstood temperatures of -20 degrees. As long as sunlight hit the panel, it was ready to charge whatever you plugged in. As I rode down the trail, I tied it to the top of my sled bag with a bungee cord. He took all kinds of punches and punches. I tried to break this thing and couldn't, it just kept producing electricity! I didn't use any of the USB ports directly on the panel as I connect my devices to a battery (safer for your devices) but it was nice to know that it can be charged directly from my phone, inReach or any other device. USB powered device for when I need power. This is exactly what I needed! The performance is excellent and the durability is amazing! One thing I'd like to see is make it a lighter model and coat it with PTFE, remove all zippers, fabric and coasters like Voltaic is doing with their Arc45 panel. It would be a tourist's dream!
