I like that it is very easy for me as an end user of this tool - no technical knowledge required! It's also really helpful how you can easily add new rules/clauses whenever needed without having access or needing help form other people who know about these tools better (like lawyers). The fact there isn't much information available online regarding their services makes them hard find if someone needs assistance when using one of those software solutions mentioned above which do have some documentation out there but not enough so far.
