Review on New Balance MW1400V1 Walking Brown by Andre Stephens

NB has discontinued this series. For the last few years I have always worn 14 4E, especially NB products. It cannot be that the shoes I received were 14 4E as stated on the shoes. My toes touched toe and the fit was a bit tight. The first red flag was that the loop on the back of the shoe was too small to fit. I was hoping to have a more comfortable shoe for winter work without the bulkiness of a boot. As a steadfast NB buyer, this shoe was disappointing. Sent it back to Revine the day after trying it on. They took $129 from me and gave back only $120. What happened to free returns? Do I have to pay $9 to try on shoes with the wrong NB label?
