Review on Dorman 741-637 Power Window Motor and Regulator Assembly for Front Driver Side in Black, Compatible with Select Buick / Oldsmobile Models by Oscar Thompson

First time using Dorman parts. I know them as an OEM replacement company. I saw her Help! Products available at most auto parts stores. I bought this to fix my son-in-law's 2001 Buick Century. The plastic part that attaches the cable to the rail broke. This part was the perfect replacement. There were some nice touches with this part. For example, they supplied about 10 plastic door panel clips to replace those that might break when removed. You didn't have to do it. I've used them in every other position to hold the door panel in place. They also included hardware that attaches the motor and controller to the inner door panel. Again, this is not necessary if you are replacing a part. Also, they were already attached to the ESC and motor, so they just fit into the keyholes in the door panels. The total installation time was less than 30 minutes. Definitely recommend. BTW, the ESC is sold separately without a motor, but the price difference was only $12, so I'd go with that part. Then everything will be new.
