I only write reviews for very good or very bad reasons; In this case, I experienced exceptional customer service, so I had to share it because it's rare these days. I bought the red decals and just stuck them on my 3 Series. I messed up the sticker on the trunk and emailed customer service to see if they can send a replacement. They called me back a few minutes later and said they would get a free replacement in the mail that same day. Good customer service is hard to come by, so I really appreciate their efforts. They make a really good product and I recommend them to everyone. Thank you!
