Review on Stripes by Yung Kaelin
My first choice when making web-based documents
It's easy to learn, it handles images well and it can be easily customised. It's not as popular as other tools so there aren't many tutorials or examples out there. The community around Stripes is good though. I do like how you can have different CSS stylesheets for each of your pages. We use Stripes for all our presentations and we love it. The only thing that I dislike is having to upload multiple versions of the same image for IE compatibility. If you're looking for something quick and simple then this tool will help you get things done quickly. We use Stripes at work to make presentations and presentations for various events.

Pros
- Easy learning curve
- Great way if working with HTML5 insteadof XHTML1.
- Can create responsive websites without much effort (if using Bootstrap)
- Has great documentation available online through their website
- Good support forum from Stripe employees!
Cons
- No mobile version
- Not very common
- Less resources in terms articles/tutorials
