TERRIBLE USED GOODS RECEIVED!
I bought a cat-shaped book bag for my daughter (the name in the photo is not my daughter's name). I wasn't expecting anything but a good experience based on the reviews, but instead received a book bag that had already been used and was nowhere near as good or 'quality' as expected or stated in previous reviews. I am disappointed and will not buy this brand again nor recommend it. Shipping used goods especially in this pandemic? Serious? Zero stars if I could.
