I use this to make and receive calls on my cell phone. I've had a terrible time trying to hear when I'm on the phone in the car and/or on the street. Due to COVID, veterinarians do not allow owners to visit clinics, so phone consultations are used to communicate. Try to hear an idle monster truck parked next to you and your AC on because it's 85 degrees outside! I missed an important fact from my vet because I was hard of hearing and my cat had to have an extra blood test because of it. I bought this and it helps a lot. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the volume could have been louder. I need to use it with headset and high phone volume. I have no hearing loss. Could this be a security feature?
