Nice light. With standard lamp nipple, can mount to ceiling fan.
I bought 5 of these to replace old lights on my ceiling fans. They are not designed for this, but with a short standard lamp nipple they can replace the crummy lights that come with many ceiling fans.I also took the lamps apart so I could paint the outer plastic fixture to match the ceiling fan. Little extra work involved to do this, but if you're handy it's pretty straight-forward.I've had no trouble using a dimmer on these (except for the dimmer that was going bad anyway). I use the middle color setting so I get a nice neutral white that isn't too yellow or too harsh a white.
