I liked everything about this remote. I ordered a replacement for my old remote and it was identical to my old remote. My purchase arrived on time. Setup is easy except for the volume control. When you select a volume during setup, you'll be prompted to complete a step that causes the indicator to blink twice. This step was successful. In the next step, you will be asked at the top of the screen to enter a code and then log in. If that doesn't help, get started and try again using a different code listed at the top of the screen. I went through the steps and tried each of the codes listed. The volume control on my remote control does not work. I kept the remote because my "Select" button didn't work on my old remote. I use both remotes - the new one for everything but volume and the old one for volume only.
