This pillow has completely changed my life. I can never go back to a regular pillow. I wake up with back pain so bad I haven't even been able to breathe for about 6 years and I'm happy to say that I'm finally sleeping and waking up through the night for the first time in a long time. completely pain free! I was a little bothered by some of the reviews but this pillow is soft enough to sink into but firm enough for you to lean on comfortably. It's not just "an ordinary pillow seen on another pillow" - it's a large wedge-shaped pillow with a cylindrical pillow sewn into it. This is the most comfortable and loveliest thing I've ever bought from Revain! I was looking for something similar and I'm so glad I stumbled across this! Thank you thank you thank you! I'm attaching a photo of the pillow next to my husband's regular size pillow for comparison. * I bought a standard size and white case which fits perfectly!
