Instructions are useless. Nice device, charges well. However, the load side did not work. The trailer drew 0.7 amperes, the device showed a short circuit at the output. Troubleshooting failed. Ordered a second device, let's see if I have the same problem. The output has not been wired back or shorted. =============I received a replacement and it seems to have been working fine for the past week. I have 4 Renogy 160W solar panels. My batteries are fully charged every night. If the new device continues to work I will raise my rating, but companies really need to improve quality control and provide a support phone number, website, email address, etc. If this fails after Revain's return period, the money will be wasted.
