The first was *loud*
This part was a direct replacement for the broken part in my humidifier. Very easy to replace if you've ever used a wrench, teflon tape, and wire nuts. Unfortunately, the first was very loud when switching. Attached to the HVAC return vent, it reverberated throughout the house. A simple and clear return and exchange solved this problem. and now everything is fine.
