Review on 📊 BC-533 Glass Innerscan Body Composition Monitor by Tanita by Oscar Munoz

I used to have an Omron portable fat meter, but since I've had the Innerscan scale it has been gathering dust. a great picture of where your body fat and weight is headed. The rest of the features are just icing on the cake as far as I can tell since I don't use them that often. It's interesting to know bone density, water percentage, etc., but by no means are these measurements necessary if you're just looking for general health and fitness. To be honest, I don't focus on anything other than weight and body fat percentage. The scale is extremely easy to use and requires minimal time and effort to set up. After entering your data for the first time, you can easily use it on a daily basis with the press of a button (a few more taps if you want to see all measurements). The feature that just gives you the weight is great if you're looking to save battery and a few seconds, but if you're not you can just use the full mode and get the added benefit of a scale that remembers two ( if I'm not wrong) previous measurements you have done. Note that weight only mode does not save previous measurements. Make sure your feet are clean and use a baby wipe or damp towel to wipe the contact area periodically to ensure accurate measurements. I also don't see a problem with the scale turning itself off after 30 seconds of inactivity, as that gives you plenty of time to record your data and you only have to press one of the function buttons, such as the bone density button, to extend the time at which the scale is active. I have time to grab my tablet, open the weight tracking app, THEN enter the data. Overall I would say this scale is VERY worth the price and if it fails like all electronics I would definitely look for another Tanita product to replace it. These scales had a great reputation that preceded them and now I understand why.
