Review on Photo camera Nikon D7100 Kit AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6G VR, black by Kenji Viray Tsuchida ᠌

I'm satisfied, it's a good purchase.

Pretty good camera for home photography. But if we are talking about home shooting, then what's the point of taking a 7100 if you can take the same D7000 or 5000 series. I stopped being afraid of buying AF-C lenses (with built-in motors). Well, I bought myself a 50mm 1.8 AF-S for 4.5 thousand, and that's it! All other glasses are still unattainable for me. So I'm looking at manuals. 24 megapixels is good for cropping, but a large file size is also a disadvantage. The file weighs 30 mb. On this camera, it became noticeable that my beloved Tamron 18-270 f3.5-5.6 no longer suits me. He is not very sharp. And I feel sorry for buying lenses that cost the same as this camera - in the region of 40 thousand. Here is the question. Why buy a camera that requires expensive optics, but is not suitable for professional use. It always requires additional light, because its maximum working ISO is 400-500 units. If you put more, then the picture noticeably suffers. In general, I try to shoot only at ISO 100-200 units. I don’t see much point in buying a 7100 with a whale lens at least 18-55, at least 18-105 and the like, costing up to 15 thousand, because these lenses are too weak for this camera, and then it makes no sense to buy it for such large ones (for me ) money. I use this device day and night at the first opportunity, but I notice its weaknesses when processing photos taken in difficult light. My old D40 with 6 megapixels, bought in 2022, took the same photos in color and light. Lost only in the possibility of framing. In the D7100, you can easily crop (enlarge) a third of the frame, turning it into a full-size picture and hardly anyone will notice - there are 24 megapixels. doing their job honestly. This camera is suitable for a wealthy teapot shooting in general mode, but I began to stare at the old BUS D300, D700 .

Pros
  • Not a bad machine for the money. Comfortable grip Convenient size Ergonomics Screen
Cons
  • Small buffer. Especially if you use slow memory cards, then you can shoot only kebabs and 2022 salad - one or two RAV frames and the device thinks for 5 seconds. But if you shoot a child jumping on an inflatable cow, then the device can not cope. Helps experience ISO more than 500 do not use. It's sensitive for me. I would like to work on ISO 1000 and more, when I bought I generally dreamed of 1600 (someone wrote in the reviews), but 800 already spoils everything. I was expecting more for the noise. I wish there was a second shutter button on the side
