Review on Bulin Camping Gas Stove Burner - 18000W Adjustable Ultralight Backpacking Stove For Outdoor Adventures by Scott Hall

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Sturdy, powerful, heavy and wasteful

This stove is extremely sturdy. Fantastic build quality. Wonderful control, cooks fast and looks really cool. However, It is heavy and unsuitable for backpacking. Extremely wasteful with gas (the smaller stoves need 3-5 times less gas to boil the same amount of water). It is also not that windproof - while using it with slightly windy conditions the flame was blowing everywhere and anywhere but the pot which was on it.Perhaps this is more suitable for larger pots, while car camping with at least 5 people and more.

Pros
  • Isobutane/propane equivalent to Dragonfly. More power than a typical camp stove.
Cons
  • The stove may be too heavy for some hikers or backpackers to comfortably carry
