Review on Jerdon Lighted Makeup Mirror Magnification by James Thakur

This worked fine for 4 months then the lights went out. When I call the phone number provided for a one year warranty, all you get is a message about other special offers, with no live person to contact. To update; OK, I left this review on May 26th and today, May 30th, I received a free replacement mirror! I found Jerdon on the internet, called the phone number provided on the website and spoke to the lovely customer service lady. I told her about my problem and she said that the phone number on the paper that came with the product is no longer valid but she can help me. All I had to do was email them a copy of my Amazon order and they sent me a new mirror. Well I am very surprised, in just 4 days my new one was delivered! I hope this one lasts longer than the first. At the moment I would recommend this mirror. My mom loves it and you can't get better customer service. I hope this helps someone.
