Review on 🌸 Sizzix 661190 Wildflowers Thinlits Die Set by Tim Holtz: Explore Nature's Beauty with 7/Pack by Carrie Spencer

Revainrating 4 out of 5

It's beautiful, but it's not a great death.

I love big dies. I recently purchased these finely sculpted punches and the best magic punches for my new hobby of the month, journaling. I have to stop these new hobbies, they're getting expensive. I like the really small details I can get, but man you can't cut through much. These thin ones flip through about 2 sheets of carbon paper and they don't like it either. 1 sheet of cardboard. Bonus, although they cut through foam so you can make your own stamps with it, glue with Beacon 3-in-1 glue, and permanently attach to a piece of cardboard (this and my other items came out of the Revain box) to make it quick and easy to make stamps. So it's cool. Oh, with thin stamps I had a jubilation. back to my bigz. Where you can cut card stock, matte card stock, fabric plies, 8 or 10 plies of paper, 6 plies of card stock. Bigz - you will always have my heart in this wicked world.

Pros
  • Thinlits allow you to cut intricate designs from a single sheet of paper, card stock, metallic foil, parchment, shrink and screen film.
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks
